Field Day is an all-day event, so please plan to attend from 10:45 AM – 3:00 PM. Additional details about scheduling will be shared in a future email.

Important Sign-Up Guidelines

• ✅ Please only sign up if you are available on both dates
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 One sign-up slot per family
• 🎓 Only sign up for a grade in which you currently have a child
• 🔔 If you sign up for Field Day and later realize you have a conflict, please notify the Field Day organizers. They will remove your sign-up and fill your spot using the alternate list.
• 🤝 As a volunteer, you will be interacting with students across all four grade levels. If you have children in multiple grades, you will have the opportunity to see all of them, regardless of which grade you sign up under.
• 📋 All volunteers must be active, paid PTO members in accordance with district insurance guidelines and compliance requirements.

⚠️ Volunteer Requirement (PLEASE READ)

Due to Long Hill Township School District insurance and liability requirements, all volunteers must be current, active PTO members in order to volunteer in any capacity. This ensures proper insurance coverage, district compliance, and safety for everyone involved.

A $25 household PTO membership covers the entire school year and allows you to volunteer at PTO-sponsored events.
